Someone forwarded this video clip to me of an editorial from WTOC in Savannah, GA (originally posted here). It concerns the Ft. Hood shooting and I thought it fairly accurate. Now you have a chance to watch it. We do mince words too often. A "terrorist" is someone who tries to instill terror.
Sidenote: I grew up in the broadcast range of this news station. Part of me wonders how the people here heard about it.
Sidenote #2: A Baptist man stopped me on my walk today to give me a Bible and ask if I knew I could die today, as others have recently (such as at Ft. Hood). He then wanted to know if I knew where I was going when I died and how I get there. Just thought I'd pass that on.

Do not meddle in the affairs of Wizards, for they are subtle and quick to anger.
0 million dollars have been spent by Washington.

0 babies have died worldwide in an abortion.
Interesting...
What did you tell the guy who stopped you?
Kinda cool video. I like the way he puts it.
What video format is that? It works better than any other video you've yet posted.
On another note, there is no place for me to put my name on this comment...
The Video
This was a .flv -- Flash video. It's the same general kind (Flash does support several formats) that was used for the recording of Milton Friedman.
Figures. My fix for the downloading of video killed the video comment settings. That's fixed. ^_^
When the man stopped me, I considered whether to use the verses I knew he would use or to create my own answer. The latter was more fun, so I paraphrased Ephesians 2:8,9. After thinking about it, I should have used the words of Jesus and John the Baptist, as they encapsulate the whole gospel message (Matthew 3:2 and 4:17). After Jesus' death, the means was clarified.
